The New Movement is a comedy conservatory and theater in downtown Austin, New Orleans, and Houston. We are the creators and producers of the invitation-only Hell Yes Fest (both in New Orleans and now the entire improv section of Moontower Comedy Festival in Austin) and ImprovWins (the sole improvisation-only comedy conference in the country). Each summer we also host the Megaphone Marathons(three weekends of nonstop performances) and Training Camp Summer Intensives(three separate weeks of in-depth training in each theater with nightly performances). Not to mention OcTourber and TourCeratops, which combines improvisers from all three theaters to perform together on two week tours. With nightly performances, viral internet video, festival performances and an exponentially growing community, TNM is changing the face of comedy both in the Gulf South and nationwide.
